Re-admitted to Northern Beaches Hospital after ambulance call evening 8 July 2026 (unconscious/fainting + recurrent bilateral leg weakness; third episode that day). Same pattern as June and 2–6 July stays. Now on Cardiac ward 4B under Dr Anthony Lau. Prior discharge was 6 July after the 2–6 July admission (stroke workup negative; Heart Bug / Holter fitted for bradycardia). On re-presentation Holter was still on; paramedics noted sinus rhythm with prolonged QT. GP follow-up 3 July (Gus only) re POA letter, parking permit, and aged care directive still stands. Family left a message with past cardiologist (Dr Eggleton, now Randwick) for status and notes — hospital keeps asking for treating cardiologist; family currently between cardiologists. ACAT (Claire): cannot assess while inpatient — engage discharge nurse / social worker (see contacts).
