Review MRI/NCS/bloods progress; rivastigmine patch direction (currently paused); outstanding items (e.g. Dr Lin).

Same cardiologist pathway as Sue. Make booking first, then obtain referral. Eggleton rooms will send full history once new cardiologist confirmed. GP view: recurrent weakness not primarily a cardiology issue; hospital telemetry had no pauses / PPM not indicated.

Working view: not primarily a cardiology issue for the recurrent collapse / leg weakness — focus on proximal muscle weakness / nerve–muscle pathway.
