2 Sep (Rosie): CT chest Lumis NBH — quick; results to Sherrah (also to GP Bruce). O'Neill post-op — healed very nicely; nothing further surgically. Skin checks: 6-monthly for 2 years, then annual. Rosie has results paperwork to scan/upload. Lin 1 Sep — results good; next 7 Sep 2027 10:00am. One more Sherrah 16 Sep then cardiology → Lin. Kwan 9 Sep 11:00am (Gus). Aged Care Class 3 approved (funding pending). Rivastigmine off. No gout meds. Crestor for cholesterol. Mobility: walking frame.
