Assessor: Deborah (assigned). Date still TBA. Approach: assess the person as if they were alone — discussion covered potential needs for transport, meal prep, and getting dressed. Family noted they already have a cleaner and gardener and are happy to keep paying for those themselves.

Use walking frame (and knee brace). Watch for weakness; don’t over-exert but keep active. High protein / high energy diet. Rivastigmine patch currently paused.

GP review 27 July 2026 (Dr Bruce Wakefield). Blood tests fine. Nerve conduction results from Dr Neil Simon not yet received — Bruce will chase. Thigh-weakness pathway may be the wrong track (uncertain until NCS report). Optional: 2 panadol three times a day for knee if wanted. Geriatrician Dr Margaret Beasley cancelled (family left cancellation message) — neurology/cognitive follow-up to go via Dr Rowena Mobbs once NCS is back and Bruce arranges referral. Good to proceed with melanoma excision 13 Aug NBH (Dr Shane O'Neill). Booked: cardiologist Dr Linda Lin 1 Sep 2026 2:00pm (Mona Vale, same day as Sue). Mobility: walking frame. Rivastigmine patch remains paused unless otherwise directed.
