Back in the ACAT queue after family call (mid-July 2026). Assessment expected to cover self-care, cleaning, in-home respite, and residential aged care respite options were discussed. Date pending callback. Assessment needed so support/placement discussions are not blocked later.

Working view: not primarily a cardiology issue for the recurrent collapse / leg weakness — focus on proximal muscle weakness / nerve–muscle pathway. Done: MRI lumbar spine (15 Jul, PRP Forestville), Douglas Hanly Moir bloods, and nerve conduction studies (20 Jul, Dr Neil Simon, NBH Suite 6A) — formal results to be discussed with Bruce on 27 July 2026, 11:15am. Booked: cardiologist Dr Linda Lin 1 September 2026, 2:00pm (Mona Vale — same day as Sue); melanoma excision 13 Aug NBH (Dr Shane O'Neill). Mobility: walking frame. Rivastigmine patch paused pending next GP.
