Key Upcoming (Last Updated: 11 July 2026)
Current Status • 11 July 2026
Discharged home 11 July 2026 after a 2-night admission (9–11 Jul) to NBH Cardiac ward 4B under Dr Antony Lau. Principal diagnosis bradycardia. Telemetry: sinus bradycardia with no pauses; troponin normal/stable — cardio team not recommending a pacemaker on current monitoring (no prolonged sudden heart-rate drops). Neurology: recurrent weakness/fatigue more consistent with possible proximal myopathy / nerve–muscle issue — outpatient tests and neuro referral via GP (staying in hospital for those tests would have been 2+ weeks). Critical next step: GP within 3–5 days to start that workup. Cardiology rooms follow-up with Lau or Dr Chung-Yao Yu in 1–2 months. Home advice: walking stick always, knee brace, watch for weakness, don’t over-exert but keep active, high protein/energy diet. Eggleton records still pending (awaiting callback).
