GP follow-up 13 July 2026 (Dr Bruce Wakefield) after the June–July hospital admissions. Working view: not primarily a cardiology issue for the recurrent collapse / leg weakness — focus on proximal muscle weakness / nerve–muscle pathway. Done: MRI lumbar spine (15 Jul, PRP Forestville) and Douglas Hanly Moir bloods — results to be discussed with Bruce on 27 July 2026, 11:15am. Booked: nerve conduction studies 20 Jul 2026 1:45pm Dr Neil Simon at NBH Suite 6A; cardiologist Dr Linda Lin 1 September 2026, 2:00pm (Mona Vale — same day as Sue). Mobility: walking frame. Rivastigmine patch paused pending next GP. Eggleton rooms can transfer history to Dr Lin as new ongoing cardiologist.
