Aged Care packages approved (from 24 Aug ACAT / Peter): Support at Home Class 3 (funding pending), home mods HM Medium, residential respite + permanent residential approved. Stay home as long as possible; package start wait still often ~6–9 months. Privately funding cleaner & gardener. WLE melanoma-in-situ right clavicle (O'Neill NBH 13 Aug) — follow-up 2 Sep 2:15pm Brookvale. Clinical falls risk noted. Rivastigmine patch off since hospital. Upcoming: Lin 1 Sep 2:00pm (Gus); CT chest 2 Sep 10:45am Lumis NBH + O'Neill 2:15pm (Rosie ×2); Kwan 9 Sep 11:00am (Gus); Sherrah 16 Sep 1:00pm (Rosie). No gout meds. Crestor for cholesterol. Mobility: walking frame.
