Current Status • 30 June 2026
Discharged home 30 June 2026 following a 5-day admission (25–30 June) at Northern Beaches Hospital. Admitted after sudden bilateral leg weakness. Extensive investigations — including MRI brain, CT brain, carotid ultrasound, echocardiogram, and full bloods — found no stroke and no acute brain injury. Mild asymptomatic bradycardia and a pre-existing left pleural effusion were noted. Discharged home on the same medications. GP follow-up booked 3 July; neurologist follow-up planned.
