GP follow-up 13 July 2026 (Dr Bruce Wakefield) after the June–July hospital admissions. Working view: not primarily a cardiology issue for the recurrent collapse / leg weakness — focus on proximal muscle weakness / nerve–muscle pathway. Referrals issued: MRI lumbar spine (PRP Dee Why), bloods at Douglas Hanly Moir (AChR, MuSK, ESR, CK, Anti-IgLON5, Active B12), and neurologist Dr Neil Simon (Dee Why) for nerve conduction studies. Mobility: use a walking frame. Rivastigmine patch paused pending direction at next GP. Cardiology continuity: moving toward Dr Linda Lin (Mona Vale) — same as Sue; book then get referral; Eggleton rooms will transfer notes when new cardio named. Next GP: 27 July 2026, 11:15am.
